Summer is here.

Swimming pools, camping, fireworks, its that time of year again. Somehow the heat brings the desire to slow time and just be. July has brought with it the beauty of all that is summer complete with a mountain 4th of July Parade. I ventured back to my first studio location in Denver, CO. The heat prompted us to flee to the mountains and spend a little time at Uncle Bob's cabin. There's nothing quite like a place with no TV, Just us, the ipod and 3 girls under 4. Exciting? Maybe not, but the photo ops were plentiful. I haven't gotten the opportunity to photograph my niece very often due to the distance so her freshness and willingness to just ignore my huge medium format camera was wonderful. I always enjoy the chance to work with new talent.

  • Summertime and the living is easy. I like the link to stock photos you posted to Digital Railroad. It really gives a chance to see more of your work. Are you going to post more of your Fine Art type photos there, or is just going to be stock for sale?
