Mehreen has extensive experience in coaching and working in mental health settings. She specializes in supporting individuals who struggle with organization, time management, attention, planning, procrastination, stress management and emotional regulation. Her background also equips her to work effectively with clients who experience co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, or autism spectrum disorder.
