Occupational Therapist
Maeleen Brown
Maeleen is a compassionate, trauma-informed occupational therapist who brings over a decade of experience supporting adults in both public and private healthcare settings. She specializes in helping individuals build executive functioning skills, emotional regulation strategies, and sustainable routines—especially those living with ADHD, anxiety, or other cognitive and emotional challenges. With advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), cognitive rehabilitation, and mental health interventions, Maeleen is skilled at meeting clients exactly where they are. Her calm presence and collaborative approach help clients feel seen and supported as they work together to create personalized, actionable plans. She has a special interest in helping people who feel overwhelmed by time management, low motivation, or burnout. Maeleen also works with clients to navigate challenges at work—whether that means improving focus and productivity, managing stress on the job, or figuring out what accommodations might help. She’s passionate about helping people feel more confident and supported in their work lives.

Stéphanie St-Cyr
Stéphanie has over 15 years of experience supporting adults in mental health care settings. She brings a motivating, client-centered approach to her work and is deeply committed to helping individuals improve their daily functioning, develop effective coping strategies, and build meaningful routines—especially those navigating ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders. Stéphanie has extensive experience supporting individuals one-on-one with challenges related to emotional regulation, stress management, and motivation. She draws from evidence-based practices, including motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and cognitive-behavioral therapy, to help her clients develop skills that translate into real-world improvements. She also has a strong interest in workplace wellness and supports clients with goal setting, communication skills, and accommodations to improve occupational participation both at work and in daily life. Stéphanie’s warm and strengths-based style helps clients feel grounded and empowered throughout their journey.

Anthea Wong
Anthea is a Registered Occupational Therapist in Ontario, BC, and the UK. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Biology/Psychology from Queen's University and went on to complete her Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto. Anthea has extensive experience working with both children and adults to help them achieve their personal goals using an empathetic and client-centred approach. Anthea’s dedication to evidence-based practices ensures that each client receives strategies rooted in the latest research and tailored to their specific needs. Anthea’s clients with ADHD can expect to gain strategies that enhance focus, improve daily routines, and build essential life skills to support long-term success. With her expert guidance and empathetic support, sessions are designed to empower individuals to navigate challenges confidently, fostering growth and sustainable progress in managing ADHD. She values collaboration and creativity, and believes the best outcomes come from successful teamwork. Outside of her professional life, Anthea enjoys travelling, creating art, running, learning new languages, and reading.

Mehreen Sahir
ADHD Coach

Mehreen has extensive experience in coaching and working in mental health settings. She has a strong clinical background as a CBT Care Provider and extensive experience as an Academic and Writing Strategist. She has worked with clients of all ages, including individuals with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and various learning and cognitive challenges. She specializes in supporting individuals who struggle with organization, time management, attention, planning, procrastination, stress management and emotional regulation. Her background also equips her to work effectively with clients who experience co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, and autism spectrum disorder.
Through her personalized coaching sessions, Mehreen helps clients break down barriers, develop sustainable habits, and build the systems they need to thrive in both their personal and professional lives. She utilizes practical, science-backed strategies to guide each person toward taking control of their time, energy, and goals.

Jennifer Hogan

Jennifer is an Occupational Therapist (OT) with over 10 years of experience in the field. As someone living with ADHD herself, she has a unique perspective and deep empathy for the challenges her clients face. With a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy, Jennifer’s background in neuroscience, cognition, and executive function equips her with the tools to understand and support the ADHD brain effectively.
Jennifer specializes in empowering individuals to make lasting, positive changes in their health and wellness. She draws on her extensive clinical experience across community mental health, inpatient psychiatry, educational environments, and correctional services. This broad expertise allows her to design individualized coaching plans that address the root causes of executive dysfunction and related challenges.
Her practice is trauma-informed and strengths-based, taking a holistic approach that meets clients wherever they are in their journey. Dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals and thrive, Jennifer shows that ADHD is highly manageable with the right supports in place.
